Lake Hart Custom Home

Built for a growing family, this PSG Construction custom home includes a kitchen boasting modern amenities without forsaking loads of inviting charm. The massive 6×9 island features a solid granite slab with bar stools tucked underneath beckoning family and friends to gather around. Storage is tucked beneath the island. Lanterns illuminate the kitchen island with an old bronze finish and seeded, bent-glass panels.
The passage between the foyer and kitchen has a dry bar with wine fridge and barrel shaped ceiling. The chandelier is a transitional bronze with graceful curves and matching candle covers.
A handcrafted walnut table in the adjacent breakfast nook is where casual meals are served.
Plenty of storage exists behind the frosted glass door of the pantry. The built-in refrigerator and dishwasher are faced with panels that match the cabinetry. Thermador was the appliance of choice. The arched passageway next to the pantry door leads to the drop zone, laundry room and garage. An oversized archway with custom moulding leads from the kitchen to the great room.
The kitchen is filled with hand-produced maple cabinets with a painted finish, and coffee glaze, using a brushstroke technique. Accent cabinets are finished with a custom-produced ebony paint. A farmhouse sink, copper exhaust hood, pot filler over the gas stove, and maple finish engineered wood floors add to the luxurious appeal of this kitchen.
The elegant master bathroom is a personal spa retreat, with the focus being the garden tub. Transitional cabinets on the twin sinks are made of alder wood and finished in a dark chocolate stain. In the center of the coffered ceiling is a glistening chandelier with laser cut metal drum and crystal waterfall beads.
Arched transom windows bring in the plenty of light.
The 17’x34′ pool and 8’x8′ spa are a splendid mix of practicality and luxury. The 350 foot dock leads to the water’s edge.
The treehouse in the background and the striking fire bowl in the forefront prove that family fun can be matched with a healthy dose of sophistication.
Outoor living at it’s finest, the pool, infinity spa, fire bowls and outdoor kitchen extend the family’s living space to grand lengths. The outdoor kitchen has a granite countertop. Storage under the counter was practically built with block and stucco finish in order to be easily cleaned. The columns surrounding the outdoor kitchen are stucco with a salt rock finish to resemble stone.
